A Day To Remember

We love Family BBQ's & so my card was based on this idea as always a great way for family to have a get together & Celebrate.
I have printed off Backing papers from DaisyTrail
I used a Nestie to cut out the Tilda bbq then coloured her in using my Copics.
The little flags cut out then curled around a pencil to give them movement.

My fruity attempt is a Strawberry Gift Box, which *had*... yes past tense!!
 little strawberry creams inside plus a 60's style Cream Jug
The Paper was printed off at home & is by Raspberry Road Designs
Then i used my beloved Cameo to cut out the Strawberry box template & cream jug.
The Berry tag is homemade...

Well this Sunday is Slave Labour Day or otherwise known as Fathers Day ;)
But my Hubby is a real Knight In Shining Armour!!
So with that in mind this year I have done him his own Castle, as a English man's home is his Castle.
I have also added a Knight in Shining Armour...
He will be looked after by myself most of the day but our grown up children will also visit & our daughter will do him sausage & egg sarnies for his lunch {His Favourite}

                                   Birthday Wrap Card

Well i have had a lot of fun Card making ready for Fathers Day on the 17th of June..


But inbetween have made my first Design Team Card for Craft Punked :)
This weeks Challenge is a Birthday/Celebration Card, so as we have a few girls in the family due cards soon ive made a sweet pastel card with a gorgeous Stamp called Happy Day from Penny Johnson.
I used my Cameo to cut out the card, insert & wrap with bow. Then used a doily sprayed with Tattered Angels Lemon Zest & added my stamped image coloured in with Copics. A few little flowers & pearls from my stash to finsh off :)

Im looking forward to seeing everyone's designs & hope to be inspired from your designs as well.

The first Home Made Card for my new Blog.
Its my Son's Birthday this month & the Hobby he loves is obviously Fishing!!

So a Trout Card which is layered up, a little gemstone eye & a metal hook with a clear line attached.
So the card can either be hung up or stood on its tail fin :)
